Josh Brown
All programs are provided by Josh Brown, who has had a background in sports performance and fitness training since 2018, serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Washington College since 2022. An experienced strength coach from Maryland's Eastern Shore who has accumulated many certifications such as the NSCA's CSCS and TSAC-F, the National Academy of Sports Medicines Personal Training Certification, and a Functional Movement Systems Level 1 Coach.
Other Experience
A fan of strength training Josh has also has a background in powerlifting, competing at various meets throughout Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. In the 90kg weight class he had a bench of 330lbs, back squat of 413lbs, and a deadlift of 440lbs.
College Athlete
Josh was a three year varsity athlete at Salisbury University where he competed for the swimming team. While there he had a successful career as a sprinter; winning 7 conference championships, setting a conference record, and being named the Capital Athletic Conference swimmer of the year his senior year in 2020.
